• I see a wide variety of clients who are suffering from anxiety of one kind or another. I frequently work with mid-life women who are experiencing a shift in identity and are ready to embrace the next chapter from a more deeply rooted place coming from within. This could be brought on by peri-menopause, divorce, empty-nesting, career change, ongoing or growing existential malaise, anxiety, or just a general sense of fatigue that you suspect has to do with having lived a life that is not authentic to you, and a longing to come home to yourself.
Often, the symptoms my clients are experiencing are anxiety, gut issues, body pain and tension, inability to relax, mental fog and insomnia.

  • This work is soft and subtle, and modern humans are no longer attuned to the subtleties that exist within us and all around us. In a world that is full of chaos, noise, constant movement, stimulation, speed, and overwhelm that is designed to distract you from your inner world…..there is a gift in the spacious stillness that this work induces in the body and mind. This space exists beyond the conditioned mind and body, and is where the deepest layers of health arise.
Depending on the client, a person may feel a level of calm and relaxation that is much deeper than anything you would be able to achieve on your own. You may feel sleepiness, changes in breath, unwinding of physical tension, anatomic shifts, or a tangible sense of vitality, aliveness and profound well-being. Some have insights through inspired thoughts or ideas, while others see various colors or images in their visual field. Others experience emotional release. The fact is there is nothing that you are “supposed” to feel, but I help you to learn to recognize and welcome whatever comes up, as wholeness and healing often arise in non-linear ways.

  • Reiki and biodynamic craniosacral therapy are both energy healing modalities, but they are different frequencies. A Reiki practitioner is channeling energy through themselves to elicit healing on the level of the energy body (ie: the chakras). BCST works with universal creative forces that are already present within you. As a practitioner, I have have the techniques and perception that supports this force (the Tide) to awaken the self-healing ability that is within. This work can affect every layer of the body: physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic. BCST is a deeply profound healing modality; most people experience the self-healing frequency within the course of a session, and feel it continue to work even after the session is complete.

  • With roots in the Osteopathic tradition, craniosacral therapy is a healing modality that is used to support the health of the nervous system by facilitating the inherent subtle motion of the cranial, spinal and pelvic structures of the body (hence the term “craniosacral”) by augmenting the fluid flow that these structures are suspended in.

The founder of this healing methodology, Dr. William Sutherland discovered subtle rhythmic movements of the bones in his patients' craniums. Through self-experimentation, he discovered that these natural movements, when restricted, cause a host of maladies within the body, ranging from physiological symptoms to mental and emotional issues. When he was able to facilitate the natural rhythm of these movements, he found that illness and disease resolved and clients returned to health. Throughout the course of his long career, he accessed even subtler expressions of these rhythms, and found that the less he interfered with them from a mechanical point of view, and the more he allowed them to express while being witnessed, even deeper levels of health and healing would occur in his patients.

Modern craniosacral therapy for the most part has divided into two types of applications: a “biomechanical” model that uses subtle manipulation of the craniosacral structures to achieve outcomes, and a “biodynamic” approach that allows for the deeper and slower rhythms (called the Tide) to amplify the natural forces of health within the body and being.
I am an energy healer who works with the Tide as a trained Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.

  • The work is performed on a massage table, the client is clothed and the touch is light and still. I utilize my consciousness and perception to allow the greater Intelligence of the Tide to amplify and lead the healing session, while my hands are an extension of inner perception and amplify the sensorial dimension. Sessions are 60 minutes.

  • I guide sessions in real time by communicating with you via video or phone for the entirety of the session. Much like an in person session, we will have a conversation about what brings you to the session and I will ask you to set an intention. Then, you can opt to lay down comfortably or remain sitting. I utilize finely tuned consciousness and perceptual skills to palpate the biorhythms that express via the Tide in the session. The work is equally powerful whether in person or at distance; the beauty of distance work is that I can treat you from the comfort of your own home, which is especially useful for anyone recovering from illness, surgery, injury, or just generally feeling more at ease within their own surroundings.
