Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
takes a whole-person approach to healing, and acknowledges the inter-connections of mind, body and spirit. There are fluid and energetic forces that create and support the body throughout the lifetime, carrying the motion of inherent health. When any kind of stress infiltrates the system - metabolic, physical, spiritual, emotional - the body creates a protective defense around this stressor, creating a state of inertia in the bodymind that interrupts the easy flow of health. BCST practitioners apply subtle listening skills - through touch, attunement to the fields, subtle movement and energy patterns that support the bodymind to dissolve the inertial points and re-ignite the free flow of health. Touch is light and still, and performed with the client fully clothed on a massage table, or anywhere where they can comfortably relax their entire body.
